Meet Judge Colston
Judge Tami Colston is a Senior Superior Court Judge who offers expertise in a broad range of legal matters as well as extensive jury trial experience as both a litigator and Judge. Judge Colston has over 30 years of experience in dealing with a wide range of cases including domestic relations, medical malpractice, property law, employment law and personal injury. With this expertise, Judge Colston will assist you in helping your clients evaluate their cases realistically with her signature candor and compassion increasing the likelihood of a full and fair resolution.

The Process
If you have scheduled your mediation through your local court administrator, that office will send out a notice of the mediation.. If however, you schedule directly through this website you will immediately be confirmed and guaranteed the date you have chosen. You should then notify your court administrator of the mediation. You can expect a reminder email from Judge Colston a few days before the mediation and if you choose Zoom over an in-person mediation, you will receive a link at that time.
