Meet Judge Colston
Judge Tami Colston is a Senior Superior Court Judge who offers expertise in a broad range of legal matters as well as extensive jury trial experience as both a litigator and Judge. Judge Colston has over 30 years of experience in dealing with a wide range of cases including domestic relations, medical malpractice, property law, employment law and personal injury. With this expertise, Judge Colston will assist you in helping your clients evaluate their cases realistically with her signature candor and compassion increasing the likelihood of a full and fair resolution.

Forms Needed
If you have scheduled thru your local court administrator, she will do a notice. If not, your mediator will confirm the date and time of the mediation via email. Click on the forms tab to look at the general guidelines and if the case is a domestic relations case, you must complete the Family Violence Questionnaire. If the Questionnaire indicates possible family violence, contact your mediator immediately for special arrangements.
