The Process
If you have scheduled your mediation through your local court administrator, that office will send out a notice of the mediation to all parties. If however, you schedule directly through this website you will immediately be confirmed and guaranteed the date you have chosen. You should then notify your court administrator of the mediation. Judge Colston will send you a reminder email a few days before the mediation and if you choose Zoom over an in-person mediation, you will receive a link at that time.
